This head came with a doll bought for the body alone. Very, very nice and she's designed on a smaller skull. I have put her against a WM 162 in the photos to hopefully let you see she's quite a small head. I have a body I believe might work with her if you're in the UK and need one but will only get that out for genuine interest.
