Help Tough dirt removal

Hello friends, I thought ide been looking after my girl until I realized both shoulders (torso doll) were absolutely filthy, also after her trying on a pair of tight black shorts, a bloody clothing stain, I’ve cleaned and cleaned with soapy water and clothing stain is admittedly lightening, the shoulders I think have ingrained dirt does anyone have any ideas for a deep clean so to speak ? All advice will be greatly appreciated as it always is,, thanks

Baby oil with microfiber cloths can remove alot of grime even when the skin looks clean and would probably work for your situation imo.

I find that these stains fade over time and eventually disappear with regular washing and oiling.

I have the same recommendation. Oil and acne cream. But oil on TPE. I'm quite sure no oil on silicone. You probably know, but if not, wash powder off first before oil.
