Site Down Time ~ Saturday 13th July 2024
On Saturday 13th July 2024 the forum will be down for maintenance!
There will be an upgrade to the forum software taking place and that process will take many hours.
We are hoping to be back up and running on new software very late on Saturday but please be patient if it takes longer.
While testing the upgrade to the forum software, there are a few items which we have been unable to rectify and we need your assistance to do so.
1. The software only allows one member per email address.
The result of this is that notifications, password reset requests etc. directed to your secondary accounts (doll accounts etc.) may not come through, dependent on your email service provider.
If this becomes an issue for you, you can, and may need to, change the email address on any such secondary account(s) or contact an administrator for assistance.
Primary accounts (ie. those that you first registered with) are unaffected.
If you have Gmail it will be unaffected by this change.
2. Some members signature pics might get lost. This is because the new system no longer supports uploading a signature picture in the signature editor (it no longer exists), those pics must be uploaded elsewhere, for example in an album and referenced like any other external image.
The supported image resolution is higher with the new software so most members will possibly find they want to upload higher resolution signature photos even if they do transfer across.
